Actually i was using TT Big Typhoon 120, i taught it will be better with Thermalright ultra 120 extreme. Honestly, the different is only mininum, you guys will be surprise. The different is only 3-4c compare with Big Typhoon. Anyway, my big typhoon is up for sale, since i am using Thermalright.

Hi, wonder whether you guys increase the fsb voltage when you increase the fsb to more than double the initial setting.

Saw your temperature at 66c only, is it the open casing or close casing, i have try with my TTBT at 3.31g at 1.3562v got around 66-70c quad prime, and change to Thermalright ultra 120 extreme with the same setting like TTBT, i got around 61- 67c, wonder how you guys got so low temperature, kind of envy.

Hi guys, i was wondering how u guys can get temperature below 60c when oc Q6600 to 3.6g. In fact i have try changing from my ttbg to tru120x, no matter how, i will get above 60c, example when i oc to 3.3g, voltage set to 1.3625 my core temp will show me around 61-65 full load, n when i set to 3.04g set voltage to 1.232v core temp will show 61c full load. First question, is my mobo sensor going crazy, or something wrong from my settting. For info my room temp around 28-30 without ac, secondly i have resit the heatsink several time still the same. my set at my sign. Forgot, one more thing, even with open casing full load at 3.04g my core temp will show around 53-55c. TQ

Again i envy u guys getting low temp. when set to high vcore voltage, My question is try to do quad prime and see the real temp when it come to 560000 lucas-lehmer at length 10k, see whether u guy still can get below 65c, if so i really admirer u oc talent.

I am now at 3.2g,voltage at 1.325, when 560000 lucas at 10k length my temp reach 68c,68,60,58 but when it prime at 4000 lucas prime at 60c,60,56,55.

Hi guys, do u believe that when i set my vcore to 1.325v oc to 3.2g quad prime stable for more than 8 hours but my temp range from 60-69c, then when i set to 1.275 oc 3.2g orthos plus run aquamark at the same time also stable my temp range from 59-63c, later i play coh for few hours without any problem too, but of course i cant quad prime. My question, whether you guys will set your voltage at 1.325 or 1.275 if its your pc. Since our daily use doesnt use much of quad core what if i say i set the vcore at 1.275v. Any commend of remarks please. TQ

Problem is temp touching 70c when set at 1.325v, moreover,at 1.275v everything seem ok except i cant quad prime. Thats why i need recommendation from our ocer bro.

When i touch the heatpipe n the heatsink base, just little warm, but core temp show otherwise, but my ram n nb when touch it really hot.

Problem is that even everst show the same reading as core temp, can it be my mobo sensor gone kuku, by the way what software u use to detect temp.

At 1.52 vcore with full load 68c only really admire you guys, me at 3.2g 1.325 vcore quad prime full load touching 70c. How did you manage that, Is it wc

Is it due to my old school casing. TT xaser lll, in fact i have try several time on the TRU sitting but same .

When open side casing the temp drop by around 5-6c

I did ask in the earlier forum that it might be my mobo sensor going kuku but no one reply, anyway is it possible the sensor be the culprit. Anyway my idle is alway at around 46, 46, 43 39 now n it is raining

I hardly believe my eyes that you guys can get so low temperature at such high voltage, me at 3.2G, voltage 1.325, temperateure fluctuating at 59-66c when doing quad prime, how did you guys do to get so low temp.

i think its a bit risky becos i have use enermax fma2 535w before n still not enough juice becos not stable when oc

As i said many times , how the hell you get 60c, when your voltage is at 1.5v, i wonder is it the temp you record from the very begining of the test. Me doing for 5 hours plus now quad prime at 3.2g voltage at 1.325 and temp hovering around 59-66c from time to time.

I think for 2.88g at 1.3375v is on the high side, try lowering your voltage, i am at 3.2g n voltage at 1.325v consider not that good even compare with yours even worst.

My vccore at bios is 1.284 n cpuz read the same when idle load at 1.248, again temp hovering around 59-65 when quad prime, i dont know why so high temp, anyway i have been using for more than 2 months at this setting, so far so good. Admire your temp at only 60-62 even higher vcore voltage setting than mine.

No doubt the temp is quiet high at that low voltage, i really ignore the core temp reading becos when i tough my heatsink its only a little warm. So back of my mind like you have stated the reading of tha software might be wrong, becos i have try reseat the heatsink many times n even apply AS5 n still the same reading, so i take for granted the software isnt kind to my mobo sensor.
