Wanted to survey what's the max voltage you all usually go until with Q6600?

I'm kinda new in overclocking world, and now my Q6600 is running 335x9 at 1.4v, and I know its not so suitable cause the voltage is too high already ... I think.
I wanna ask, what will happen if the voltage has been set too high?

1.4v can get me to 400x9... if u set too high, temp will increase, degradation of proc will happen bla bla bla... who cares... macam la in 1 or 2 months will die if pump 1.4v only... anyway, highest voltage i pumped was

Anything above 1.35v vcore is kinda on the high side but if you invest on a better heatsink its still alright, but oc your proc, important thing to look for is always the temp n voltage, other than that nobody know when your proc will die except the proc will have a shorter life.

With 1.4v i think u can go higher with a proper cooling for the proc and a good ventilation casing.
