Qaseh is the best located, but the resale price is ridiculous.Rimbun is on the other side of Kinrara, nearer to Puncak Jalil, sandwich between the subsidised housing, not so recommended.

QUOTE(DavidKool @ Nov 29 2020, 02:22 PM) Totally personal opinion:Overall - new and lower entry price vs subsale, more modern facade. Vs rimbun - htc, entry to taman is a riskier, rimbun has no yard if not mistaken, got subsidised housing. Vs qaseh - more expensive because buildup slightly bigger, some layout got guest room at front making living room smaller. Dry kitchen entrance is small. But yes, qaseh site is better. Alot points being shared and agreed on everything actually.
Only to add on that the entry and exit on Rimbun is quite dangerous considering its to main road sloping downhill and cars would speed or another scenario jam tends to build up during evening. While Qaseh is no doubt better due to the area but wont be a direct comparison because its a Semi D vs a DST per se |

![]() Was at site yesterday and very nice to see the blue lane dedicated for bicycle. Gives this neighborhood better environment with the landscaping work and hopefully the community feeling. However, I am skeptical if they can make an exit on Legasi 3 side because of the gradient of the area as well as a huge pipe below. |

The only entrance/exit should be between 1 and 2 then so looks like a shared legasi 1 to 4 guardhse. Gonna be quite deep in for legasi 4 owners. |

Makes sense that way if compare to the superlink ones but i think qaseh 3 is developed by INP while qaseh 1&2 by SP setia. Just my assumption.
Despite being deep, still makes sense to drive over to the entrance/exit between 1 & 2 cause its the same direction out. Unless there Legasi 3 will have a long road into legasi 4 and that entrance/exit is nearer to Legasi 4. |

Thanks guys. I'm sure there must be an official website on this development as well as am curious of the demographics of the building itself.

good check! but doubt i have that..i would be interested too if anyone managed to get it! Would like to learn about it too.
Can only share the below link as this is something that is next to the LTAT land and will definitely boost the value of our property there. https://www.klwellnesscity.com/ |

I'm quite neutral on it. Just didnt like the facade of it so my unit facing away. |

Thanks spongebob for the clarification. I agree the facade is not a sight to behold but with the demographics of army retirees, at least we can be assured that the demographics of potential residents in the aforementioned apartment would be "civil" in that sense.

key question to ask here is whether Kinrara will have plan to create access road into Jalan Impian Indah, then it will affect Legasi, otherwise it's near yet so far...
