rental yield for kinrara is a far fetch though, especially landed. Double Story terrace generally in RM1500 - 2000 only.
Capital appreciation would be something possible when the economy recovers and another property bull cycle |

there are another 2-3 phases of terrace houses planned in Kinrara, but Legasi 3 will likely be the last launch of Year 2020.
