Hi guys, i was browsing the net and i stumble across this group here in LYN forum!
I am one of the proud owner of Legasi 2 (managed to queue in top 5) gotten a desired corner/end lot for own stay smile.gif

If i read correctly, spongebob, kider, myrancid, keane also gotten a unit in Legasi 2? PM me your mobile as i created a whatsapp group with some of the future neighbors already and we discussed on bank loan and rates earlier.

Let me know also if theres any Legasi 1 owners as i think we should have joint and shared RA!

My opinion. The location is so so and entry road to bk8 kinda sux. A lot of houses on subsale. If want to buy for own stay still can. Not too sure for investment
*
Road to BK8 is still via the low cost area, once the new access road from Pavillion Bukit Jalil opens up, as well as the service road via Qaseh, this puts Legasi at the most strategic DST properties in Kinrara

so the choice is between 24x65 (wide house frontage) vs 22x80 which is a more standard size...
*
Actually IMHO its best to skip Legasi 3 at the moment and to focus on Legasi 4 due to the price psf, will lose out eventually in long run..
After owning Legasi 2, i thought to get another Legasi 3 but i will wait for Legasi 4 be it investment or personal

Anggun has discount, my basketball friend just placed a remaining unit at 15% discount which would be around 1.6?

Cause every phase of Legasi will have one TnB substation,  not mention in the brochure. Like in Rimbun, some unit backyard are TnB substation. And if not mistaken Qaseh 2 or Qaseh 3, the TnB substation just in front and beside playground .
*
I might be wrong but i think Legasi 2 dont have TNB substation at least from what i saw in brochure and site plan when i bought..

Guess the negative comments for this phase is more than Legasi 2 and Legasi 1. Guess its not worth to ballot this because will have same problem when selling it again and etc..

Better wait Legasi 4 as the layout looks nicer and longer!

Yeah man, glad they finally take action after so many years of feedback from the residents..

Apparently what ive understand from developer office is that I&P dont have landscaping department and after being acquired by SP Setia, they have an existing landscaping department and leveraging the resources across

you saw the architect drawing? 13ft is good...

dont they need to mention the height of the unit in the drawing in the snp?
*
Yes- i happened to know someone who tender for a project in legasi 2 in regards to pest control. I saw the architect drawing indicating the height.
13 feet is indeed very good to make it look spacious and very cooling as hot air rise!

Are you one of the owner for legasi 2?

that means 13ft is not verified. i passed by the site a couple of days ago, from afar, it seem the structure is taller than usual. mayb i see wrong also.

ya, we probably met during the queue and unit selection.
*
Interesting! I doubt there should be changes surprises to that as its a finalized drawing in fact.
Anyways, there is a Legasi 2 owners Whatsapp group, are you in there already?

Ooo very cool. Were you able to tell where the water tank is located?

I'm planning to make a skylight at the 2nd floor void area for more natural light. But i think that's usually where the tank is...

Gotta say that it's quite weird for the 2nd floor to be only 11ft. The exterior makes the 2nd floor look a lot taller than the ground floor. Hopefully, it's cus of heat reflective material.
*
Let me check that as i cant recalled the layout entirely.

The room is 11ft, the void area is definitely higher that it!

Would you like to join the groupchat?

Exactly, i guess its a good choice given the future development which is Pavillion Bukit Jalil and KL Wellness City with a hospital. This is the 2 things that the area need to boost its value.

Even when we went yesterday to purchase the loan reject units, there is queue before the opening!

Anyone got Legasi 3 unit here? Would be great if all the Legasi 1, 2,3 to share same guard house to share cost to make it cheaper and have a grand arch entrance!

Yeap, i'm keen for some good grand entrances also. It's money wellspent for owners satisfaction and to impress potential buyers. Might be hard to get it done during 1st year tho because flippers will try to keep their costs down.

Also, i think we need 2. Or else, either legasi 1 or 4 owners of those units near the end need to drive quite far every time. I can imagine they not gonna be very satisfied passing through many residential bumps otw in and out.
It's a valid point that those high rises will contribute to congestion. We don't share that exact road tho. And there are alternative roads exiting from there. No doubt the road in front of SIRIM gonna be quite packed during rush hour la.

You also got to ask the alternative. What other freehold new launch around 1 mil 20 - 30 minutes (offpeak) drive from midvalley, bangsar and klcc is there?

Of course if you got rm100 - 200k at hand to splurge, can go ahead with subsale la. That's a different story.
*
Indeed we need 2 grand arch! That will live up the entire Legasi area.
Its a nice stretch of nice houses that we are in between both the luxurious Semi D which is Qaseh and Anggun.

As for the congestion, i think this area has many exits and link to highways which is still okay compared to old areas like Cheras or Kepong

if do 2 entrance, the cost will be doubled. unless close one entrance at night to lower the number of security guards needed.

2 entrance might as well legasi 1 + 2 and legasi 3 + 4, separately.
*
Because the number of houses is lesser in legasi 3+4 vs legasi 1+2 hence i guess that could be the reason.
