Thanks guys. I'm sure there must be an official website on this development as well as am curious of the demographics of the building itself.

good check! but doubt i have that..i would be interested too if anyone managed to get it! Would like to learn about it too.
Can only share the below link as this is something that is next to the LTAT land and will definitely boost the value of our property there. https://www.klwellnesscity.com/ |

I'm quite neutral on it. Just didnt like the facade of it so my unit facing away. |

Thanks spongebob for the clarification. I agree the facade is not a sight to behold but with the demographics of army retirees, at least we can be assured that the demographics of potential residents in the aforementioned apartment would be "civil" in that sense.

key question to ask here is whether Kinrara will have plan to create access road into Jalan Impian Indah, then it will affect Legasi, otherwise it's near yet so far...

To be fair, whilst I think that could be beneficial to Legasi owners, I think the addition of a slip road from Kinrara to KWC / Jalan Impian Indah could hamper the value of the properties within Bandar Kinrara itself as the public could use the slip road as an alternative access thereby making Bandar Kinrara a more publicly accessible area (less privacy). My 2 cents anyhow.

I think there shouldn't be a slip road as it will compromise the quality of living for Legasi owners vs the small convenience of quicker exit and having privacy compromised.

Image 1:
Any feng shui sifu out there can enlight me? I noticed that several units are facing the traffic light junction. Even though the perimeter is covered with anti-climb fence, but it is still pantang for chinese right? since car light can keep shine on you? Image 2: Went to the site today. I notice that the house facing units of legasi 3 is located at low land. Quite some height lower than Jalan Impian Indah. Nonetheless, its a gradual declining slope. Attached thumbnail(s) |

Apparently the main road is 40 ft wide - does anyone know if that's considered wide? I understand typical double lane is 22 ft (7.0m). That could also provide a buffer for the houses (with the padang providing an additional space buffer).
Separately, would it be the prerogative of the developer or RA if we would prefer the anticlimb fence to be a wall instead? |

Have seen narrower and amount of cars and the way the park makes it horrendous.Separately, would it be the prerogative of the developer or RA if we would prefer the anticlimb fence to be a wall instead? I personally would prefer anticlimb fence though.. why wall? |

I guess wall can block some noise, dust and road view rather facing it directly. A wall may form more closed surrounding compare to anti climb fence which may feels more open. Just my opinion.I personally would prefer anticlimb fence though.. why wall? |
