I think there will be another last round of launch of Legasi 4 which is longer and wider. 22x80 .

Yea, Legasi 1 (70+ unit) and Legasi 2 (70+unit) is 22x75 and Legasi 3 (40+unit) is 24x65, same with the pic I took at the site there, so there will be Legasi 4 which is 22x80. Just went to the site few days ago, saw the construction begin. So guessing this Legasi 4 will be launch also after this Legasi 3.

1.5-1.6 M for cornet unit in Legasi, it is a good choice, or there's better choice in Kinrara ?

Btw, to all sifus here, how to avoid the TnB substation ? Not mention in their site plan. Will they tell when unit selection time?

Btw, heard that the main road is actually higher than Anggun 2, in fengshui wise also not so good.

Cause every phase of Legasi will have one TnB substation, not mention in the brochure. Like in Rimbun, some unit backyard are TnB substation. And if not mistaken Qaseh 2 or Qaseh 3, the TnB substation just in front and beside playground .

I am lucky to get selected for a unit in Legasi 3, but then decided not to proceed after site visit. Don't think is a good buy . The location is so close to Jalan Impian Indah, and LTAT flat just opposite. For some unit, Jalan Impian Indah is higher. Whenever car pass by Jalan Impian Indah, there's huge sound. If the LTAT flat fully occupied, for sure traffic a lot. And noisier. Am not sure whether there will be mini surau in LTAT flat. And the playground just beside Jalan Impian Indah. That's why I cancel for purchase. Some info, there's will be 2 entrance , one for Legasi 1 and Legasi 2, and another for Legasi 3 and Legasi 4. Legasi 4 will launch next year end. But no plan yet. In my opinion, Legasi 1 is the best, but miss it.

Guys , need your advice on subsale now, Irama or Sapphire?

Hi guy, need your advice here. Qaseh 3 last year transaction for intermediate 24x80 is 1.33mil and 1.36 mil that average of RM 550 per sf. Build up is 2441sf. If end lot with 10 feet, what will the price you will offer?

Nope, not a corner, just endlot with extra 10feet land.
Corner owner asking 2mil and above, not worth it.

Yeah. Actually okie with Saphhire surroundings as well. Just if good price can get in Qaseh 3, will go for it. Of course Saphhire is cheaper.
For me asking price of 1.6mil for 24x80 of endlot 10ft is a bit high.
