 Found that i switch back to TM TP-Link as default modem bring back my download speed , i'll guest my mac address being capped by TM , since switching ppoe account also didn't work

Anyone having issues accessing netflix today? videos load fine but the website itself doesn't load properly.
Same thing on tv also, full on lag until reach a video.
Network test shows unable to reach netflix server 1
I have IPV6 enabled and have reset modem and router but still same issue persists
