BTU is TM's property. No BTU charge and no service charge for the visit and does not affect your contract in any way.

maxis customer with contract and without only gain a 42" worth 500 if sell outside. the RM500 need to pay to maxis if on contract so it doesn't translate back to saving to customer.
i rather they reduce the bill over 24/mths rather than give TV. Not enticing enough for me to move over just for a TV, need to advertise and deal with buyer to get the cash. troublesome.

I reported to TM but the moment contractor call speed magically went back to normal. Haha.
