I can get 100 Mbps on local speedtest

Downloading from Europe max 20 Mbps at this moment

No packet loss

Seems ISP is throttling the connection

My speed to Europe still being capped at 20 to 30 Mbps at 100 Mbps package

My internal source PKP is utilizing all bandwidth TM still in progress reroute the traffic

TM is practising speed capping i have to make 3 session for IDM to maximize 20 Mbps each download

*UPDATE*

NOC detected multiple links having traffic congestion pattern >90%. Congestion pattern observe started when Restriction Movement initiated on 18/3/2020.

*As 1/4/2020@1700hrs: Observed 220 links with >90% utilization.190 links already offloaded.*

Anyone else download file from Europe being throttled like me?



Per file download is limit to 20 to 25 Mbps

Only able to max out if download 3 or files at the same time

1 file will take time to finish

This is located in Setiawangsa area , Speedtest.net is ok showing 100 Mbps

However i tried using remote desktop download from same server from my hometown PC different UniFi location in Perak i was able to download at full speed



I guess Setiawangsa is being throttled or if exceed any certain data limit i being throttled

Hope you guys can give feedback

Did the disconnect and reconnect all ip range in Setiawangsa cannot skip the capping , however i am not so sure it's based on username only who is heavy users like me

However for google download i can max out 100 Mbps

Playstore download can also max out 100 Mbps

Novafile.com premium download also being capped

I have been throttled aka capped by TM.Nut = Fakap

Let's say i able to use 2 TB in 6 days ?

I did all the disconnect reconnect ip range

And i have premium PureVPN using Singapore also will resulted the same results

I guess the qos based on my username or my area being congested



It's okay if this continue after MCO finish i will report to SKMM this usually fix the issues

Anything from Europe and USA

I will get slow speed i think routing probaly and issue

Tokyo and Japan still can max out full speed

My 100 Mbps package still being capped 30 Mbps per file per download



Ticket already raise to level 2

CS call to check said they have fix it

Problem not yet solved

My capping speed case is still ongoing with TM.Nut

Waiting for IPNoc to check on my issue

TM.nut will come to house and check the capping issue next week

Will explain on site how's the issue

Found that i switch back to TM TP-Link as default modem bring back my download speed , i'll guest my mac address being capped by TM , since switching ppoe account also didn't work

Ok guys

Here are my latest finding if you are heavy users and use your own modem for UniFi it's possible that your mac address has been throttled by TM .I got another 1 friend same case like mine on 800 Mbps

Change the username also didn't help and surprisingly switch back TM Modem TP-Link fix the capping issue .

Had to do AP mode for third party hardware

It looks like TM put QOS speed on third party modem hardware for those heavy users.

Yeah they capped the mac address for your router

I'm getting full speed to my server no issue at all only the problem using this stock TP-Link AC1200 cpu resources spike very high and crashed few times already

I will test to HK and Japan later as all my content is now based on Server in Europe
