Yes, confirmed that. Yours increased by RM20? Mine also from RM329 to RM349.

I suppose you can think of it as good. Even more value for my money.

I just bought Cat 7 cable with gold plated RJ45 connector from Shopee. So far I managed to get 70% of the rated speed of 300Mbps. IPTV also no lag. Costs me about RM60 for 15m, bought from local vendor. You can get half of the price if buy from China, braided flat cable. Flat or round cable doesn't matter. As long as it is durable and can run along the conduit (25mm or bigger).
*
That’s not good. Dintek Cat5e gives me 100% of my 800Mbps. How are you testing? Either the cable is really bad or you’re testing it incorrectly.

No idea, I bought a box of Dintek, 3 years ago and still haven't finished it. Have never used flat cables.

Hmm..I think his cable somehow 30% faulty. I tested one cable from China as well cat7. 300Mbps UniFi get around 310Mbps++ based on speedtest. Haha.
*
I have a Cat 5 cable which links at 1Gbps but tops out at around 350Mbps during tests. It's Cat 5 so can't complain.

Dont know why today mine cant run 800mbps...
only 500++... change new ip also same...

Yeah, I'm seeing weird speeds all over the place. Something has gone belly up. Looks like peering to SG is down. Are there any speedtest.net servers outside of Klang Valley?

speedtest.net
webe 5/800/200
Global Forway 3/680/200

SG
OVH SG 24ms 50/190Mbps
Singtel 140/130/40

Australia seems OK.
Telstra Perth 60/430/180

lol only 800 mbps got the issue
maybe tm decide 800 mbps is too much and gonna throttle it down to "best effort basis"
*
Not really. I can still reach 800Mbps with enough connections but speeds to SG are definitely down. I didn't check but it looks like it's being routed rather than peered to our neighbour.

Must be dealer. Very hard to get a phone number for TMPoint actual. The only way I know is to swipe the phone number list off the TMPoint's manager's table.

Live chat should be 24/7.

No outages in Sungai Long but we're like opposite ends of Selangor.

Following up on this.

I applied for YEP on 1/10 but it only started 17/10 due to delay in the processing of my application.

In the 28/10 bill I received -RM58.31. For 17/10-27/10 -> 159/30*11 = 58.30.

My latest bill on 28/11 gave me HSP Discount of -RM84.80. Not 100% sure but it seems TM backdated the YEP discount to 1/10. ie: to start of the month as opposed to the date YEP was activated.
1/10-16/10 -> 159/30*16 = 84.80.

That's very nice of TM.

*My monthly bill is RM159.

I see, they are fulfilling their promise of 3 months free internet

This should be the way. Kudos to TM. At least start from the date of the YEP application if not from the beginning of the month.

No thanks to TM 100 CS and TMPoint staff with conflicting info. On the same day I went to TMPoint, one staff told me that the YEP would be calculated from the beginning of the month and another said only from date of YEP activation.

To those who had their YEP activated in October, did you all get a HSP Discount adjustment for 1 Oct to your YEP start date?

Does yours look like TM is adjusting to give you the whole of October free?

Here's mine where TM refunded me Oct 1-16. My YEP started Oct 17.
