Helloo, can anyone explain to me why even after I disconnect and reconnect ppoe connection multiple times on my router I am still getting the exact same external ip?

I need to reset the whole router which takes about 3 minutes a time in order to be given a new ip

Usually when I disconnect ppoe it’s during working hours but I wanted to play GTA today and my ip was blocked by rockstar

Tried to change ip at 5AM

Is it the fact that there are less users changing IP address that I was getting back my same ip until I shut it off a little longer by resetting ? Or is this a common feature of unifi? I’ve never notice until today.

Mine is working but ping is very high, try reset your equipment to get it working.

Not sure why the ping is so high though, digi too

Maybe it got stuck when changing the WAN IP, reset doesn't fix ?

Anyone having issues with rockstar and gta 5 or red red 2 again? im on ipv6 and cloudflare but i cant connect to either or their online services today through my ps4

does fortnite use this backbone? I tried playing today but packet loss was 10% on Asia servers, middle east server just fails to connect, just go loading screen and back, even if it shows lower ping in settings.

I am having issues too, feel like websites have been so slow lately.

Instagram and whatsapp messages take so long to send, even tm's own speetest website came back with a "took too long to respond" error.

Could the messages taking so long to send be a dns issue? mind you I was right next to the router on 5ghz.

netflix also not loading normally, and the thumbnails of many websites and apps not loading properly too,

just now spotify had no album art cover until i switched to mobile data. could stream find though. weird.

Hi guys got a question about netflix,

since i disabled ipv6 my netflix has been lagging after 8PM

Is this normal? does ipv6 actually affect netflix speeds? fast.com shows 500mbps and youtube 4k loads no problem

Anyone having issues accessing netflix today? videos load fine but the website itself doesn't load properly.

Same thing on tv also, full on lag until reach a video.
