1. Unlike most e-wallets, GoPayz can only be topped up via online banking (FPX) and debit cards – you cannot use a credit card to top up GoPayz. This is due to the existence of the physical prepaid card that can potentially be abused by some users, according to Albert Loo, head of digital financial services at U Mobile.

Like some of the features.
They gave you 3 types of card, which deduct funds from one main account. This alone is a big plus. I'm looking forward to slowly cut my credit cards since Im not attracted to cashbacks anymore. Points are useless anyway. I think can co-exist with BigPay to compare rates. Moreover BigPay already gave a physical Mastercard, then GoPayz just take VISA for best of both world. Unionpay is probably useless except in China. Hence a virtual card is more than enough. |

OK just saw this, means the top 4 vouchers will only appear when u become premium wallet…

Tried paying @ Old Town Bdr Kinrara with GoPayz UnionPay card, GoPayz UnioPay QR & Boost-UnionPay QR - all failed!
End up paid by GrabPay. I think their UnionPay payment is not activated. Told them that no issue to pay at Old Town Leisure Mall using Boost-UnionPay QR. Also, asked the staff to feedback the issue to their management. The staffs said I’m the 1st customer to request paying by UnionPay. Looking for more UnionPay test sites (can pay for small amount). Please suggest!  |

Please be informed there is no charges to transfer the funds from the wallet to your bank. The minimum limit to transfer the funds will be Rm 100 and the maximum limit per transaction will be Rm 1500 and the daily limit will be Rm 4000.

So is it the fees RM16 for 3 cards include, Visa, master and Unionpay? Or only 1 card that need us to choose? And another thing.. If those first time apply with physical card, so the first time get the card is FOC charges, am I right? |

Is there any top up limit per day or per month?
- there is no limit for monthly and daily but for daily please refer detail explanation below. Let's say wallet limit is RM5k, I top up RM4k today and transfer RM4k, I still can top up another RM5k or only RM1k? - yes you can reload another RM5k again but only RM1K reflect into your account. the other 4K will be reflect into your account after the unposted transaction(transfer RM4k) clear in the system. This is what CS told me, I think that's the reason why ur top up balance is less due to some money still waiting to transfer out |

Just got a call from GoPayz staff ask why I made 3x topup and 3x withdrawal without using the card. Then I just say how to use the card if i havent receive the card.

They ask me why I’m top up and then transfer out the money? I replied them my BigPay account too much money already. Need to withdraw out. They said purpose of calling just want to make sure the transaction make by owner. |

I reloaded Gopays via BP for 4k and request to transfer out the 4k already. However, i notice that the BP reversed the gopayz top up. Dont have chance to contact BP cs yet as its too late already. Wondering if gopayz will cancel my transfer o not  |

Probably not gonna top up too often until they reduce the minimum topup amount.

Actually why la everyone like so stress on them calling.
They nothing else to do meh keep calling those who withdraw, if so careful then disable the withdrawal function lor. I didn't register/apply this, but I really feel like applying and let them call me. Then I really feel like telling them I withdraw to save fees, I don't use because there's nothing attractive at all compared to other cards or e-wallet. And so yes, I use the card just for withdrawal for the time being until I see something useful or more attractive then I'll use it. Is there anything wrong?
