At least they call to ask. kiplePay is even worse. They blocked my withdrawal without even informing me. When I asked to check why I have not received the money after waiting for about a month, they told me the transaction failed because I have insufficient balance which is not the case as the transaction was shown as successful on the app. They closed my case 1 day later because I did not reply to them. So, I attempted another withdrawal since the balance was already in my account. Money was deducted and transaction was shown as successful again. I checked with customer service again after a few days to be on the safe side. To my surprise, I was told that my withdrawal request had been rejected and I must use up all the balance on spending. They said since I have only done top up and withdrawal without any spending, it is considered as abuse. I have only done that once last year. This is the second time I am doing that. I am just using its feature (and charged RM2 for that) and not even excessively. That does not make sense at all! This is the worst e-wallet that I have ever used. Same for my case. Poor customer service.. Filled a complaint, asking, them why transaction failed for boost, they say currently not supported. Ask them why transaction failed for tnb website too, also same reason given not supported. I think their customer support is rather poor. Then, what is use for virtual cards?? Nowander people only use the card for top up & withdraw due to their poor customer service.. don't even dare to put his or her CS name.. complaint them kao kao
