My transation in GoPayz is only top up and withdraw. Then the staff why am I doing so. So I said I top up with intention to use, but haven't receive the card, so i cannot use. so i withdraw.

he just replied 'so it's because you haven't get your card ya that's why you top up and withdraw'

then i said yes.

then he say 'alright, i just wanna check on that, thank you sir'

At least they call to ask. kiplePay is even worse. They blocked my withdrawal without even informing me. When I asked to check why I have not received the money after waiting for about a month, they told me the transaction failed because I have insufficient balance which is not the case as the transaction was shown as successful on the app. They closed my case 1 day later because I did not reply to them. So, I attempted another withdrawal since the balance was already in my account. Money was deducted and transaction was shown as successful again. I checked with customer service again after a few days to be on the safe side. To my surprise, I was told that my withdrawal request had been rejected and I must use up all the balance on spending. They said since I have only done top up and withdrawal without any spending, it is considered as abuse. I have only done that once last year. This is the second time I am doing that. I am just using its feature (and charged RM2 for that) and not even excessively. That does not make sense at all! This is the worst e-wallet that I have ever used.      
I have problems using the cards online too, even with the physical card.

I top-up 5k .. spent RM 35 .. and requested to transfer back 1.5k .. suspicious?

Dont think that is the correct way to determine.

Because the voucher is given only after u done some transactions like topup, spending, even withdraw to bank account.

So if u just created account but never do any transactions obviously u wont see this bus voucher.

If you top up RM30 and get the bus rides voucher, mean you are within the 2000 quota. Card got 10000 quota!

I found a good reason.
I asked for a physical Visa card. I will give the prepaid card to my kids for shopping and dining, instead of giving them cash. Haha.
I applied on 29/11 and received it today. So 3 working days to Kuching address.

Yesterday, use gopayz card and get the shake voucher of Tealive - Pay RM1 to get RM6.50 drink.

When the cashier scan my code, they told me the code is used already...so embarrassed. FK gopayz gave me used code??? WTHack

I did a bank transfer of RM1,200+ this morning for my credit card account at OCBC and I filled in "card payment" under Other Details.  Transaction went through no problem so I just need to check tomorrow for the credit to my card account.
To me GoPayz works just like balance transfer

Receive mine transfer on 31. Takut me until kencing when waiting

so u can have 2 bank
