Hi, I'm quite confuse for the physical card.
So is it the fees RM16 for 3 cards include, Visa, master and Unionpay? Or only 1 card that need us to choose?

And another thing.. If those first time apply with physical card, so the first time get the card is FOC charges, am I right?

Sometimes they showed in that table either the information is not 100% clear or there are a bit loophole there.
OR I'm noob, not very understand their language.

How the card been charge?
Example, I want to take MasterCard and UnionPay card only. So charge RM32 with total 2 cards?

I pay one-time fee of RM16, then I get all 3 cards Visa, mastercard and UnionPay?

I can transfer out 2x RM1,500 from GoPayz within the same day to my bank account. No error as reported previously.

Eh GoPayz can transfer out money meh? I thought need to use physical card to press out at ATM ?

click the menu button on the top left, u will see the Transfer To Bank option

it seems like u can top up another RM570 to max RM3300

U means after top up RM4.4k only can top up another RM570?

Let's say wallet limit is RM5k, I top up RM4k today and transfer RM4k, I still can top up another RM5k or only RM1k? 
- ​yes you can reload another RM5k again but only RM1K reflect into your account. the other 4K will be reflect into your account after
the unposted transaction(transfer RM4k) clear in the system.

This is what CS told me, I think that's the reason why ur top up balance is less due to some money still waiting to transfer out

I top up rm3k today and withdraw 3k today.

Still able to topup another 4,990 (coz now got rm10 in wallet)

Hmmm....u did a bank transfer but i spent 1.5K and balance 2.7K in wallet

So that means if i topup 5K and spend 5K then i wont be able to topup and use again until the transaction changed to settled?
That sucks.

Lemme try do a bank transfer out see if the topup limit increase or not.

Ahhh transferred out 1.5K and immediately the allowed topup goes up to 2K

it's not a big issue as they already mentioned max RM4k/day for bank transfer, still can top up on next day

I tried to transfer out but keyed in the wrong ac number. It went through. Tried checking with CS via Facebook and they say transaction was successful. I asked them to check what was the wrong ac number since it is masked out, CS asked me to check with my bank. 

Anyone got any idea what to do now?

I called them to retrieve the wrong account number since it only show last 4 digit.

They say i should check with my bank as they cannot see it from their system. Wtf...

I asked them to check with their IT to retrieve the number, then they say it is not their fault that i keyed in the wrong ac number. What horrible customer service.

EDIT: luckily, i found out that I saved the wrong account number in my favourite. From the bank (maybank) can see that the account number does not belong to anyone. Gonna wait 2-3 days and see if the money gst refunded.

just signed up gopayz because see people say in boost thread can transfer from boost to gopayz and cash out?

I dunno, jus sign up today with a lot question marks. whats the use of this gopayz then.
