Only 7e got charge. Others u mention is free.

I think spending should be u spend with the card (in app or physical card). So can pay astro rm1 or buy sundae cone at mcd on hot sunny day in Malaysia.

I dont think top up using any cards and then withdraw is qualified at spending. My personal opinion.

hurm, after reading here, that i think i should apply unionpay card, which can also withdraw from ATM. but I've applied for VISA card yesterday aahahha

I can transfer out 2x RM1,500 from GoPayz within the same day to my bank account. No error as reported previously.

Just got a call from GoPayz staff ask why I made 3x topup and 3x withdrawal without using the card. Then I just say how to use the card if i havent receive the card.

My transation in GoPayz is only top up and withdraw. Then the staff why am I doing so. So I said I top up with intention to use, but haven't receive the card, so i cannot use. so i withdraw.
