I tried to transfer out but keyed in the wrong ac number. It went through. Tried checking with CS via Facebook and they say transaction was successful. I asked them to check what was the wrong ac number since it is masked out, CS asked me to check with my bank.
Anyone got any idea what to do now? |

For transfer out to bank, what is the description show at your bank's side?
Is it IBG from XX bank, or is it like Bigpay where they engage 3rd party to handle the payments? |

Money was refunded back to me this morning automatically after I keyed in the wrong AC number to transfer out on Friday.
Their service sucks, but at least their system works. |
