I tried to transfer out but keyed in the wrong ac number. It went through. Tried checking with CS via Facebook and they say transaction was successful. I asked them to check what was the wrong ac number since it is masked out, CS asked me to check with my bank. laugh.gif

Anyone got any idea what to do now?

I called them to retrieve the wrong account number since it only show last 4 digit.

They say i should check with my bank as they cannot see it from their system. Wtf...

I asked them to check with their IT to retrieve the number, then they say it is not their fault that i keyed in the wrong ac number. What horrible customer service.

EDIT: luckily, i found out that I saved the wrong account number in my favourites
From the bank (maybank) can see that the account number does not belong to anyone. Gonna wait 2-3 days and see if the money gets refunded.

For transfer out to bank, what is the description show at your bank's side?
Is it IBG from XX bank, or is it like Bigpay where they engage 3rd party to handle the payments?

Money was refunded back to me this morning automatically after I keyed in the wrong AC number to transfer out on Friday.

Their service sucks, but at least their system works.

But i guess it is still there as it is not a popular ewallet.
