developers cannot take booking fees and no return prior to any SPA signing

anything you dont agree with agent/property /banks just go police, legal or bnm

lodge complaints everywhere and file legal disputes everywhere

this project selling good, so his agent sure lansi a bit la. Haha.

The same group of agents running few spot like alishan … so memang busy earning big bucks , 1 mil below d is small client

i dont think they are agent, i believe they are direct sunway sales team as all wearing the same red shirt. my sale rep also the same pattern, previously i am a keen buyer, after the bad attitude, i direct complain to their front desk and move out from this project. maybe money earning is so easy for them as like their pride and dignity become the first priority.

Sunway didn't appoint any agency to sell this project yet. You can only deal with their sale staff directly.

Based on previous experience, you can ask for the cheque back if you did not pick any unit. If the sale staff ignore you, just write in(email) to request for it.
