cause before thinking of is it you need a roof 1st, you will think will this property bring extra income for me in the next future.
however, this concept hardly use for this project cause its designed to be own stay.MRT/LRT will be advantage to it but its will not be the main contribution.
even there's a public transport nearby, i will choose to drive my own car also haha
