However since this is the phase 1 of 4 from Exsim, it is definitely the cheapest block for sure. It is good to see 2 prominent developers competing each other, which really helps to keep the price competitive for buyers. |

The tunnel is all good, I use it day and night.
If heavy rains the DBKL ppl will standby there to clear the drain cloggage. Kudos to their contingency. Buyers should concern more about the phase 2 commercial lots instead. |
