Hmm based on the aerial view , it looks like type b and c for tower A will completely been block for kl view haha

developer has decide to add in a solid wall for balcony side facing neighbour master room. nows the other problem came, will the master bedroom view blocked by this wall? original say get 160" view, after the wall maybe only left 120" view

Almost at a point to decide , today i took putrajaya mrt line, i believe mrt is the future, faster, more stable compare to lrt line.

The only thing still hook me on on this project is the discount given for early bird. I will do a site visit on another project then i will decide by this week. Not sure take back cheque will incur any charges from sunway or not

No need pressure own self if the price is too much.
There will be other new option in the future within own self budget range.
When you got slight doubt or hesitation on buying, that's already a sign for you on not buying.
Buy with confidence when anyone is ready.

Actually balloting is to select your unit no of your choice, first come first serve I guess.
Place cheque don't have any sequence of your Q number to select the unit level and floor.

Got la once in a while can see police traffic or DBKL come issue saman from Pavillion, The Park till Lai Meng school there.
Everyday people also park on road side only. Block the whole lane. Selfish.

i see hor sunway projects many at "less desirable" locations - next or near to high tension wires, cementery view , etc..

they reckon their "brand" will carry them through all these negative points since they probably got the land at a cheaper price ...?

just to verify, this project address is not bukit jalil right?
realise food and glocery will be a major problem for this development, wherever you go, you need to drive all the way out.

Yes it is, right on the edge of bukit jalil territory

there will be retail/shops planned in phase 2
don't know if it's a good thing, if it becomes too popular, u will have all the cars parking along the roads, blocking the access..

Usually for any new condo location will also need to drive out or GRAB a bit.
Unless you got rare project like Pinnacle Sri Petaling. Smack right inside the Sri Petaling commercial area.
All also walking distance only thumbup.gif

imho it is expensive. similar psf can buy belfield or resale nearer to city centre.

bkt jalil will be problematic if jam during peak hours

Try go opposite side of bukit jalil (pinggiran), not much cars.

i always disagree traffic jam will be a problem to a property espcially you are buying at KL hot area.
if its not jam, it either far away from city, or that location has not attraction for living.

and i think you have anaylsis based on the wrong data, cause the actual price is lower than that.

buy property must buy next to mrt but face inside without noise. simi walk 400-500m is pure bs

property is always about location and connectivity
only location can have resale value. not swimming pool, low maintenance fees or facing
