If got budget just go and hantam bigger unit leh , don’t think too much leh as unit type a corner really not much choices now , room wise I guess is ok one leh , once you have spaces then you will go and utilise the spaces one haha

Very well response for the private view. From my observation,100% purchaser is chinese and mostly buy for ownstay

Today just went to the ballot booking. I was told by my agent the estimated psf is 690psf for type B. however, until the unit selection, the price just went up to 760psf. My agent said it was increased with immediate effect.

Are you sure u talk to a sale rep not a concman? Cause all the price is clearly written on the unit, u can just look directly on the board.

Yes, it's sunway rep. The agent said it starting price for type B is around 800k before the 10%. I'm kinda of surprise today, the price written on the unit selection board suddenly so high.

Surprisingly type a corner unit take up rate very fast though , same as type c corner unit …. Looks like sunway was happy with launching event hahahahaha

I think ur homework done not enough. 800k after 8% for type B is almost 600psf only,logical wise its not possible. I suprise ur suprise haha

I also felt suprise. Probably type A corner more youngster will chose cause the extra view and type C corner for the big family.but no doubt, sunway do pretty well on their marketing strategy

Thier internal also sapu quite some before open to public , but if choose type A just choose corner , better than pay 5k for level have no '8'
