View I think unless you get KL view high floor , but that’s also only applicable for tower B , cause I think mainly view will be block by tower b based on the orientation , and for water tank I think as long you aim high enough it should not be an issue

No not yet as long as got excess ramp to each floor i think still fine, type A what u expect, was considering type B but i dont know what can i do with the extra room, is over what i needed, not sure is a good idea to pay for it
