I not sure, i guess + the sign on bonus + spin and win + deposit to reduce ur down payment, because u still need to pay 2 % down payment which is still ard 17k

I got the quotation from my sunway sales agent.
Indicative price for level 8 for 1.2ksqft is RM753/sqft.
I find that is expensive. Can anyone enlighten me on this?
I like the project but the price is sky rocket high.

Btw, this coming sat 25th March is the balloting session for those who registered their interest on the launching day few weeks back.

This is SPA price. After rebate price less than 700 psf.
They are selling average price of property price at BJ area.
Future, if you looking at Flora 2 price, you will not feel regret.

It is an old news that the nearby land - Ladang bukit jalil is allocated for cemetery.
Anyone know any update on this?

yes. its for indian cemetery. the land just right behind JKR convena.
