Any concerns on Phase 2 Flora 2?

good to hear that, i hasn't been there a long time

There is a lack of shop lots around this area tbh, the demand for decent f&b is high from the rainz, z residence, desa green, kiara residence I & II, etc

You can see the access road to these condos from Nathan mamak have plenty of kopitiam opened but the deco and food is below par

Imagine sunway open some shops at Flora with some decent f&bs, these residents will want to dine there and guess where they are gonna park their cars?

Judging from the launch speed , flora 2 might only be completed end of 2028-2030 onwards, that is long long time after, current choice for the decent f&b is link2 , taman esplanade , pavilion 2 , sooner w city there should have their own community

The other way to look at this is u dont need to drive to get some food , good and bad la

Coz of the space constraint of the road space leading to LRT.
Best option will like this one near the condo beside Aurora and Pavilion Bukit Jalil.

The showroom look quiet after the pre launching celebration.

Don't know how they can build a walkaway to the LRT station in this kind of road condition.

That is std covered walkway design dy. What is more important, to hope for is min walkable covered shelter path min width 2.4m, well light up

Actually pass by see very ok, quite alot of lights , but i got question this kind of walk way who will help maintain it ? Dbkl ? Cause the amount of lights is alot and will easy have some faulty seems like , need long term maintenance

Kinda impossible based on my daily observation.
Sidewalks are built and maintained by DBKL.
If developer wants to build sidewalks they have to go thru DBKL first.
Hopefully Sunway really make their promise to build the sidewalk to Muhibbah LRT station.

That the first question I ask the agent, can show DBKL approval letter on the walkway to LRT.


Don't expect to get quality walkway like Sunway Velocity.
This area is lacking the space to do this type.

My friend just shared to me last Friday, there are actually Chinese cemetery facing the showroom entrance.
Behind those high lalang grasses there.
Hungry Ghost can see people go pray there.

True. You are able see the cemetery at Google Map. Just beside the road to LRT station.

Seriously I did not know about it till my friend shared during TT. Haha

compare the PPR with the cemetery, i think PPR resident will make the project selling more headache haha.
there a sentence so call : live people are more horrify then dead

don't expect much from covered walkway, you need to understand cover walkway mainly is to provide shade and nothing more

if you want those like velocity that is considered private tunnel already

The land next to depot imigresen is it still reserve for malay cementery?

the walkway probably CSR with DBKL... but of coz have some sort of proof is better.
