8% + 2%. 2% will give back as cash one bank release $$. Mean, still need pay for 2% dwpayment with 90% loan. Not like other project, can buy without dwpayment.

Vice versa, for me if any1 looking for Tropika Type C RM 1.1+ mil now, can also consider Flora Type C unless wanna move-in earlier.
xtra almost 200 sq ft + better layout + better spec = almost same price but slightly cheaper now
Earlier purchasers bought Tropika Type C at 920k ish, bare unit. Location wise, Tropika win although turn anywhere also will stuck or jam. The only reason I don't buy back then it was due to super high maintenance fee and probably layout so so.

700+ psf, consider not low for me here, but I think most top developer would price this out similarly. 800 psf is possible if along jalan jalil Perkasa 1, but 1000 psf, probably not so soon for Bukit Jalil.

i also check out maple, currently they are promoting tower C, which sell starting 670psf, with min 1136sqft size onward for tower B will be 810psf, tower A will be 730psf
but i dont like maple cause they dont have wet kitchen. and maintenance also cost 0.39sen above

Tower C 670 so cheap ? Yes their problem is layout and beside highway, but if 670 psf can consider since integrated township, at least walk down and out experience will be more atas

that W City development will take easily 10 yrs plus to fully develop. sitting beside Kesas, you need to accept the noise and dust pollution.
