for sunway flora, i would say the type c looks good, but too price. would be nice if they chop off one of the masterbed room.

type b look kinda odd with the "study" area.

Don't expect to get quality walkway like Sunway Velocity.
This area is lacking the space to do this type.

My friend just shared to me last Friday, there are actually Chinese cemetery facing the showroom entrance.
Behind those high lalang grasses there.

the walkway probably CSR with DBKL... but of coz have some sort of proof is better.

Type C is the best layout IMHO... if can afford, definitely will go with Type C.

i think the location play a factor as well... not very desirable. (next to an industrial area)

yea.... doubt they can do anything. look at the pavilion BJ area, still got plenty of people parking their cars in the middle of the road.
