so it is still a good buy? anyone placed cheque? i search around, seen a lot existing project such as harve,z resi, casa green etc are way lower then it.

Alot buyer interested … its like that, younger SA maybe better , flora 2 completed might be 4 years after flora complete, so walking distance decent area dont hope much, if u can settle with food delivery service, or u need always go taman esplanade, link, pavilion 2 area , or jam to kinrara giant area, yeap one of the down side.One more thing, i found sunway sale staff attitude are kind of like eat bao sell bao |
