Kinda impossible based on my daily observation.
Sidewalks are built and maintained by DBKL.
If developer wants to build sidewalks they have to go thru DBKL first.
Hopefully Sunway really make their promise to build the sidewalk to Muhibbah LRT station.

As mentioned by other members, Kingwoodz is not the cup of my tea since I am looking for my stay for the long term.
I have studied Kingwoodz before, the project is more investment-friendly than own stay.

The location is further from the office but I am willing to sacrifice my travel time for a better living space to relax my soul.

I take all sales agents' words with a pinch of salt, that's their job and they are trained to do it.

But as a genuine buyer for my family, there are more areas to consider before getting a unit.
and Sunway Flora ticked most of my boxes.
Despite there are cons side but I am willing to accept those.

True, the screeching sound when the train goes thru the bend of the curve may be a little bit loud, but I don't think will be very noticeable inside the unit with the windows closed.

The low-cost flat area is a bit of walking distance away from this property, so there shouldn't be any issues that need to be addressed. However, the walking experience towards the LRT station might not be ideal for some people and is not disabled-friendly, just want to highlight this.

The issue of illegal parking near the low-cost flat area and the Muhibbah LRT station has not been addressed yet, causing traffic congestion from the property to the Muhibbah LRT station.

I do prefer walking to the LRT station but I don't think DBKL will be doing anything upgrades on the pedestrian infrastructure, or resolving the current situation on illegal parking.

Bandar Sunway is their canvas, that's why they can do it better.
For Flora, Sunway has to depend on DBKL's approval.
That's why it is not easy for developers to build better pedestrian infrastructure, especially when involved with multiple agencies.
Which also explains why the drastic difference on pedestrian experience walking away from the property.

I think the location of Sunway Flora is much better than where I currently live. I can already avoid some of the traffic jams on my way home from work. The only reason I can't own a unit in Sunway Flora is that I am unable to secure a loan.
Apart from that, everything is just perfect, as expected from a respectable developer.

At least they did their very best to provide convenience to the surrounding residents as well.
The walk between Sunway Flora and the LRT is somewhat distant, with some level of gradient.

But I hope the pedestrian walkway still got light in the night time la.

As a frequently passerby, it seems like it is a structure for Kingwoodz/Exsim properties to exit at the junction... Not sure.

From my own experience, they are quite professional. They are able to explain every single detail, and they are not pushy when it comes to persuading you for their sales.

If there are no leftover units on Flora 1 I will consider Flora 2.
