If I charge to bank, how much bank will charge the interest?

Sorry not too clear about it, I just heard one of my relatives mentioning about this, I can forward you his contact if you like.

Basically, from what I comprehend was if you need fast cash, say, RM1 million, and you have lands that are worth say, 1 or 2 million or more, then each loan applied requires equivalent collateral which is subject to the company's approval. The interest rates are like 12%-15%, and it will only take up to 4 days for them to come out with the amount of cash you applied for.

My friend this is personal loan leh, not company business loan. biggrin.gif
Business loan also cannot give you RM 50k with RM 10k in your bank statement. Unless your company monthly cash flow is "pretty". rclxms.gif

You come out with a salary slip through your company to you, say RM 10k per month. And you contribute your EPF monthly for 3 months. After 3 months, you go to apply personal loan. Sure pass? whistling.gif

I better go and apply money lender license, and give personal loan. It seems many people are looking for personal loan. tongue.gif

Hi Grapekey,

I was doing Google search for the phone number of Maybank Kota Kemuning a week ago, and came across your post on the Branch Manager from Maybank Kota Kemuning (Puan Anita). At that time, I had escalated to her an issue relating to remittance to Indonesia (my Indonesian maid lost her passport and could not cash her bank draft upon her return home), and I was rather worried as I read your post.

Today, to my pleasant surprise, I learnt that she had resolved the issue and has re-remitted the funds to my maid without me incurring any losses. I find her to be a very pleasant lady, and I appreciate that she went out of her way to address the issue with her head office (as mine was quite an unusual case) and resolved the case effectively. I am a Chinese, and I do not think that race has anything to do with how she serves her customers.

To do justice, I decided to register as a user for this forum today, and post my version of my encounter with Puan Anita, and my pleasant experience with her customer service.

Cheers,

Maybank people are not very pleasant compared to EON people (even their security guard greets you). EON (Kota Kemuning) people are very welcoming hence I feel safe  & they somehow make me feel that I can rely on them. There's this Branch Manager from Maybank (Kota Kemuning) by the name of Anita (Malay lady), she carries this unpleasant personally "very snobbish & easily gets irritates" . I guess she sees skin colour.

Shuyina, if you're a malay, definitely welcomed

I saw your commitment and credit card debt is quite high, high probability that your loan can't be approve with 20k loan. Maybe you can try 10k. But still depend on ur credit history (ur home loan and cc payment)

Hmmm if anyone has unused land(s), and would like to apply for loan or fast cash, you can head down to Hap Seng Credit, they are loaning up to millions of ringgit within 4 days, and they're charging 12-15% interest only.

But of course, your land must be a good land, not some 'caplang' one haha..

It's Hap Seng Credit's latest loan plan, the rate is really good, considering 'ah longs' are charging up to 20-30% interest =S

I called them and they said they dont give personalloan...they only provide commercial loan...for business use..

Hi,

Any Alrajhi reps here? i have a concerns..

I have applied for PL application last week and they have called me saying that they are going to process my application. Later that day, they called me to proceed to nearest alrajhi branch to verify (to bring original copy of my documents) my application. When I went there, I have signed some contracts/ terms & condition. (cant remember exactly).
Then the lady told me that they will contact me once Alrajhi has process my application.

The next day, I received a call from alrajhi customer service no but couldn't pick up the call as I was in a meeting with boss sad.gif so i dun know what was it about.

ever since then, I dunno what is my status. It has just been 2days. So may I know how long does it take for them to process the application?
curious here.. coz i thought they would sent a sms to notify whether my application is approved or rejected.

thanks.

How much u borrow? Last time the customer service told me is for 3k below. 3k Above is 24% P.A. I was stunned that time, what she told me different from what I saw from their brochure and website. Then I ask the approved loan can bank into other bank's account, she replied me rudely "sure cannot la, must bank into same bank, use common sense". I told her other bank allow bank into other bank's account and I left immediately. I wonder what kind of common sense she have. Anyway, forgot her name, she's from Pandan Indah branch.
