I was doing Google search for the phone number of Maybank Kota Kemuning a week ago, and came across your post on the Branch Manager from Maybank Kota Kemuning (Puan Anita). At that time, I had escalated to her an issue relating to remittance to Indonesia (my Indonesian maid lost her passport and could not cash her bank draft upon her return home), and I was rather worried as I read your post.
Today, to my pleasant surprise, I learnt that she had resolved the issue and has re-remitted the funds to my maid without me incurring any losses. I find her to be a very pleasant lady, and I appreciate that she went out of her way to address the issue with her head office (as mine was quite an unusual case) and resolved the case effectively. I am a Chinese, and I do not think that race has anything to do with how she serves her customers.
To do justice, I decided to register as a user for this forum today, and post my version of my encounter with Puan Anita, and my pleasant experience with her customer service.
Cheers,

Maybank people are not very pleasant compared to EON people (even their security guard greets you). EON (Kota Kemuning) people are very welcoming hence I feel safe & they somehow make me feel that I can rely on them. There's this Branch Manager from Maybank (Kota Kemuning) by the name of Anita (Malay lady), she carries this unpleasant personally "very snobbish & easily gets irritates" . I guess she sees skin colour.
Shuyina, if you're a malay, definitely welcomed
