Added on January 14, 2009, 9:47 pmnew update my friend told me that the Wirama office staff told him our "strata title" is under Condo type..that why 1 car porch only allow one access card and 2 car porch allow 2 access card ??? Did any one know if "strata Title" under condo type can build "town house" ?? Any Idea??? now wonder the Amansiara Town House rule all follow the condo rule???????

the management staff said still under discussion may be can buy in future??

I used to live in gated and guarded area (FRIM) but all the rules in amansiara look burdening the residents....what if someone need go in by car emergency? also need to apply access card?....or my family come in 2 cars at night. need to leave their car out side?

True, I been to Taman Austin Perdana in Johore last month. They had access card system, but visitor can drive their car right to the house that they plan to visit. Quite flexible, no hassle.

Thanks Nuwaira for the info. I will try to call the agent. Will promise not to sell the unit unless a decent offer is made. What about marketing my unit for $250k. Unit no. is 132 B, corner unit. Had to sell coz now working overseas and no point keeping the house.

Will keep you guys informed of the price that our houses can fetch.

regarding the place, any suggestion, guys? I don't know Selayang that well, please suggest a place where many cars can be parked (assume each one of us drive to the gathering place). Don't forget, some of us don't have the keys/sticker yet, need to ride in the car of those who already gotten their keys/sticker into the site. Thankx in advance first for the car pool ya! =)


Regarding the "later comers". I guess for those who can't make it at 10am, you guys can organise a gathering that fits all your time lo this Sat. Maybe some of us early birds can join u later on (but not me, I've got another apptment in the late afternoon)

big enough for all to drive their car here, also can park the car here....

You door is locked so you won't be able to view it... if you are facing your house from outside then there is a small space on the right side yes but that is where they have placed the street light so nothing much can be done.

I guess some of us are so unlucky. My unit driveway is so steep i cant drive into my car porch. My unit also looks like retarded. it looks shorter than the other units. As if its not meant to be there. kata org melayu "terperok" celah2 bangunan. macam setingarden (setinggan). the gap between the gate and the driveway is so high that beruang also can crawl underneath it. even if they manage to construct the driveway to park my car, i dont know how r they going to solve the gate problem. the gap would be even bigger. nanti gajah pun boleh masuk.


1st thing that came into my mind when i saw my unit was to sell it off. bugger .........
