yup..i agree too, this is the most sakit kepala place for us to design.. my bf intends to put a bar counter there
to divide the kitchen area..Now searching for the sofa and the rest furnitures This is our 1st house , so quite pening le, all hav to buy the new 1, hai...poor la~

Actually i bought the ground floor when i put the deposit at first, but after think abt the problem that u concern and my dad's advice, we changed to 3rd floor le..

Oh..my god ! R u all sure that we can't do anythings to the car porch ? i'm also can't live with those railing, doors and gates~ Summore i'm thinking to put the tiles on my car porch , we really can't do this ???

Well, i heard from the "guard" at amansiara there, he told me that they will hand over the house at December 08, hope can move in b4 chinese new year la~

They also no allow us go in ! I think we hav 2 gather at one day and try to go in together..hehe
If anyone can enter the house , could you please take the photo for ground, 3rd and 4th floor unit ?( since rayman post the picture of 2nd flr)

Pets are not allowed !!! I remembered when i decided to buy this house, i did asked the sales person that amansiara pets are allow or no, and they answered was CAN !!! cos we got the gate and our pets just live in our house with gate ! wat's the problem they hav ?? This is a very serious problem, cos if last time they told me amansiara no allowed pets then i won't buy a house there !! Pets are my family and companion !

Summore, we are not allowed to change the main gate, can u imagine that the thief are so easy to get in just using their climbing skill?? and the stupid management can ask the visitor give their IC or Driving license to guard house and they mark down which house number they visit and let the visitor go in.. most of the landed house with guard also do like this, even the condo also .. how come our house can't ??

All this can't do , i think we better live in the jail..

Just thinking of this problem, why our house don't hav any longkang and the tap at the car porch?? OR the car porch only let us to park the car and no allowed to wash our caR??? And the worst things is if rainning, my house will banjir since no longkang to let the water out !! Anyone can help me solve this problem ??

then my house don't hav the longkang, anyone wan to swim at my house when raining??? I havent get my VP yet, i signed the SnP at April, so i think they will send the VP at march lo..

Ya... i think same as fernfan said, that longkang hole cover by the sand oledi..
