sabrina_beh,yeap agree wif ya .we shud start on reno-talk now...gather ideas & best cheap places offerin gud services & materials..but pesal reno talk,no idea at the moment...especially on gril,lights,fan,air-cons,additioanl power points...hav 2 sit with my GF & decide on tis...i tink even kitchen oso need quite major reno seems its an open concept whch i dun like ,need to close the wall frm livin hall view.thus cookin wont b so viewable to guest sittin at livin hall..anyway b4 jump into reno kene tgk rumah dulu,so can visualize the ideas & concept tad we prefer.
if any of u hav ideas here pls share with us here...

I just complete the Amansiara layout with lot numbers of Phase 2 and Phase 3. Anybody have Amansiara Phase 1 site layout? If yes, please attach on this forum . I want to work out whole Amansiara site layout with lot numbers . Then , from the layout , we will know location of Amansiara owner from this forum. He he!
