Hi, I am new here. Bought 1 Unit Phase 1 No. 132 b. Very impressed with the response in this Forum. Was wondering how many percent have my apartment is completed.
Am now transferred to Singapore for work. May need to sell the house when completed. Wondering if anyone could introduce me an agent. Mine is a corner unit level 2  |

The developer does not seemed to be able to give us a firm answer. A few month back when I called, they said the Phase 1 is ready for handover on December. When I called again a few days ago, they now said the phase 1 could be handed over anytime pending approval of the authorities.
If there is no firm guideline from the authority as to how the approval is assessed, it will take forever..  |
