so it will charge,hold,cancel,charge again,hold..maybe later will cancel again..
until the shipment truly shipped,then only will fully charge i think..

to be safe.. make your remaining credit limit is at least twice the amount of your laptop.. mine got charge hold on Monday and Wednesday got charge hold without releasing the previous hold and exceed the credit limit..

received 2 times this message say that will ship my laptop on september , but after that Blank my order status and replace my ship to november.

and regarding the CC payment , lenovo replied me about the CC keep charge by bank as below , i kenak charge 3 times.

When the order is placed Lenovo requests an authorization for the product amount. The amount will be claimed only when the product is shipped out to the customer. The authorization is valid for 7 days and if the product is not shipped by then , the authorization fails and the amount will be released back.

Bank policies vary from bank to bank and therefore depending on the bank your account is in, your bank might hold the funds for 7 to 14 days. Please check with your bank if your amount is not released yet.

If it is not released and they require any official statement from Lenovo to release the money back to you at the earliest, please let us know the name of your bank and we will draft a letter addressing your bank which you can email them to release the money.

If the authorization fails, then a fresh authorization is taken, to claim the amount when the order is shipped out.

Ngl this is such an inconvenient way of processing payments. So disappointed on your behalf and boo on them for not informing customers prior when we are chatting with the customer service staff!

Did anyone purchase this model of Legion 5 17", maybe can give a short review of it. I'm contemplating between this and a RTX 3070 model from the site but all the 3070 models are easily 1 to 2k more.

And it is really hard to find any reviews for the 17 inch model of the non-pro Legion 5. Does the size difference between the 15 and 17 inch help in thermals at all?
