But some who ordered (pre-built) end August already got shipping date these coming few days.

Got 1 unit Legion 5 pro, every few days now and then, then it was sold out in the afternoon. I've been checking it almost every morning.

btw.... hi-res screen is nice but the windows 10 scaling is trash. default 150% already too small for me... for oldies even worse. turning up the scaling will cause some program fonts to be slightly blurry

What link? When you try to order they show different estimated shipping times for pre-built and custom.

What is the average shipping time? I'm looking to get a unit in a week or so. Wondering if I should order online or just walk into lowyat/digital mall

shipping usually takes 7 days to arrive in malaysia, so to receive in a week is not possible

I'm coming from an 8yo Lenovo Y510p that was on its last stretch.
The Ideapad 5 pro is amazing. Atm, absolutely no regrets getting this.
I was worried it might run hot or get loud as some reviews of the 16in version said so but nope.
All around great laptop, thanks to ZM Fong for guiding.

Not sure people cancel the order or what.
Maybe they get better deal elsewhere, and ready stock.

Ordered mine on 27 Aug, just shipped today (9/9) from ShenZhen.

Got the mouse and backpack on 6th September, can get it on 4th, but UPS not deliver during weekend.

For those who need a quick device can look for ready stock, I saw one unit Legion 7 is ready stock with 2070 GPU.

Prebuilt unit legion 5 pro… sold out….fuh…
