on the next day 26 august , i checked again my order status the expect ship date become BLANK like what i post before but before the credit issue case my ship date is on september 24 , i email back to lenovo and they replied me all is in good order and ask me check the status order again.

Today morning , i checked again my status , my date place to november 30 instead september 24 , what a nice fxxking service...playing me for a fool.

Wait so you were charged twice? I need your help with this issue bro. I also faced the same issue except I made the order on the 15 August. Then on 25 Aug I just thought everything should be ok considering amount has been taken out from my bank account, order page pun looks good (no delivery date but everything seems fine) so I bump my credit limit down for my debit card just to be safe. Next few days receive email saying that "authorization taken from your card on : has been expired as per bank policies."

Called the bank, the bank said that they have already authorized the order on their end - it is up to Lenovo on whether or not they have taken the amount. Bank advise me to wait for awhile to ensure that they refunded my money back to my account first before bumping up my credit limit, nanti betul2 kena charged twice for no reason.

What the hell.

I used Debit Card for mine, and it seems like it's supported considering other people used it too. Just that I think my order was not confirmed by Lenovo's end before the authorization period ended =_=

and regarding the CC payment , lenovo replied me about the CC keep charge by bank as below , i kenak charge 3 times.

When the order is placed Lenovo requests an authorization for the product amount. The amount will be claimed only when the product is shipped out to the customer. The authorization is valid for 7 days and if the product is not shipped by then , the authorization fails and the amount will be released back.

Bank policies vary from bank to bank  and therefore depending on the bank your account is in, your bank might hold the funds for 7 to 14 days.  Please check with your bank if your amount is not released yet.

If it is not released and they require any official statement from Lenovo to release the money back to you at the earliest, please let us know the name of your bank and we will draft a letter addressing your bank which you can email them to release the money.

If the authorization fails, then a fresh authorization is taken, to claim the amount when the order is shipped out.

Ngl this is such an inconvenient way of processing payments. So disappointed on your behalf and boo on them for not informing customers prior when we are chatting with the customer service staff!

Try to call the sales rep, they give good discounts that you cant really input yourself

Don't get your hopes up man. I got a pre-config model which they said they will ship in 3-6 working days. Up until now still no updates.
