Hi guys, just wanted to share my experience with ordering from the website and I'd say I'm one of the fortunate ones.

Was browsing this thread extensively to see how long it took for deliveries before making the purchase. I ordered the laptop when the delivery estimate was "ships in more than 10 weeks".

First estimated delivery date was 30 Nov. A bit surprised but expected. They revised the date a few days later to mid-Oct. Then yesterday, I got a shipment notification.

A pleasant experience overall! Fingers crossed for the rest that are still waiting.

I've gotten mine 14 days after receiving the laptop.

When you you actually send the email , months after order date or more? and to which email?

give at least a week...1st time buying from their site?

The CS is in India, all they can do is checking the system, it seems like all the order are processed in Singapore and ship from ShenZhen.

Very frustrating that money has paid but no record on the system.

Ya you should, I got it like 30 minutes after my order placed

I think the system screwed up.

I even have my ups order number can see it has shipped out from Shenzhen..

ok, let me update what cs told me about my order.....as usual the answer didn't come easy...

i made my zillionth times of checking and threaten to get from Dell (newly released Inspiron 16 Plus is not bad) to get them expedite my issue

but, i just couldn't understand the logic

you can also try finding the latest drivers for that realtek online, download it, unzip it, then go to device manager and manually installing them.

sometimes windows doesn't have the latest available drivers in their database.

Maybe means the laptop all ready but got the different version of windows, so they need your okay that you will take it (otherwise you have to wait longer since they will have to send back).

Effectively you get free Windows upgrade?

yeah, and they just sit there letting my order rot in the system until i threaten them to tell me?

no thanks. my order date now becomes 31st instead of original date 25th!

The day I received it, I send the email.

And I just reply the same CS email.

Followed up with a call. Everything done.



Must be a new buyer. Some ppl waited 2 months for their laptops....

u must have not read the history....2 months is for your shipment, mine is just for the order to be found in OVP!

Guess they realized the mistake and redo the order manually.

If just leave it like that, month end when they realize their issue (month end closing) they might just refund the money to you or perform the nessasary action.

Funny is some people think that waiting for 2 months without any order details sound very cool, and keep mocking first time buying laptop.

May be just change it to intel AX200 or AX210 (wifi6E).
