Do you mean it's possible to unbundle the ruby pack?

updates: I did a call to TM (100) number,
When you downgrade you will still get STD20 call + hypp tv (ruby package) using your existing STB, the Tmpoint staff apparently gave me wrong info.

Bring that BTU/ONU/ONT and IC. U dont even have to bring the power adapter. Theyll still throw it away soon after. If they pull the 30-day crap upon u, phuck them upside down like the macha who loses cool at APAD office.

I never mentioned that leh, I have two UniFi TV plans. I know it's rare to have Ruby and Aneka at the same time but this is what TM has assigned to me. I still want to retain Ruby.

I opened a case with SKMM on this and they said its under KPDNKK.

Currently I am liaising with KPDNKK for my complaint of Telekom forcing us to subscribe Unifi TV if we are to take Unifi Broadband.

Call up 100 n request for change of modem n was turn down n later receive sms telling me technician will come tomorrow to install my code number follow by unifi installation video. What does that mean.

I already did. So now wait for the relevant team to process, will update the outcome next week.
Aneka contract is until Oct 2019.
Ruby contract ended already in Dec 2017.

So already requested to remove Ruby instead. Don't worry about me, thanks for your concern.

I already dealt many times with TM.

Even the CS said my account is tagged under "Special Account", not sure if I should be happy or not.

Suppose to charge me the onsite fee for installing the tvbox for me. Yes, I was given a brand new tvbox for this downgrade. I told them my old tvbox was faulty. Condition is I have to bind with a 12 months contract for the hypptv package and my unifi stay contract free....

Yup, statement issued for 2nd month ady~ 1st month statement was prorated...


I was worried too, but after spoke with the CS at TM Point to double and even triple confirm the discount matter, I'm enjoying the current package for 2 months ady~

I screenshot the conversation with CS as she checked that my UniFi TV is not tied to any discount and will not be affected. In case of dispute later, I just screenshot the entire conversation.

After ruby is taken off, u still can change your Aneka plan, with a fee, right? Wow u r paying less n less.

I just notice in my bill they added a second TV plan without any consent from me last year and this year they merge & upgraded to the highest charge plan.

So I was wondering, is it the same as you or did you get 2 TV plan on your own?
