Nope, it was a long story back then. Long story short, it was TM who added another Aneka for me. I changed from Ultimate to Ruby and they added Aneka for me. So I don't know why.

i called up 100, was told since i stay i stay in shopshouse (ground floor), i need goto TM point to check whether able to register as residential package..

I may need to downgrade from 500Mbps to 100 mpbs since no news on the 300mpbs package offer this year. Somemore I only use unifi to watch Netflix Full HD, YouTube n Kodi. Not do any torrent download.

I do have a feeling it won't work for me. Let's see.

downgrade can be done TM point.. live chat ..APP..website ..
if APP or website TM will call you to confirm to downgrade..

TM point or live chat they can direct verify all your details on the spot ..after than processing time will be 7days ...but mine apply on Monday ...plan changed on Friday ...

downgrade you will get nothing new devices even warranty ..but will renew 24Months contract ..


if you don't think troublesome ..you can apply new line under your name and same address provided the port still available..once installed then only terminate your current 500 plan..so you will getting new Modem and router ..
also your existing 500 plan no more contract..

i think a lot of people incl me planning to go 300mbps if the price is good.

but if price reduction from 800 or 500 to 300 is rm20 or rm10, forget it!

100 is ok overall but 300 will be better to counter losses for older devices on wifi at a distance.

Hope won't trigger their bottonline and tell you that miss now can't do it already and we have to withhold your special account and the fee have to revise upward. Lol...

yeah now a day ..300 should be consider acceptable Min speed.but too bad ..TM current no more provide new plan for 300 or 500...

my unifi 500 is less than 100mbps right now. can feel streaming a bit slow. maybe got some problem on TM side
