I have complained to TM and also SKMM about removing UNIFI TV RM 30 /month. Received reply from TM via SKMM as follows :
UNIFI TV package:-
We wish to reiterate that TM is deploying Fibre optic infrastructure that will enable residents to enjoy a triple-play or three-in-one service of Voice, High-Speed Internet and IPTV (offering a new TV viewing experience). These Unifi services offered to the customer in one package, hence we are unable to provide separate service and fulfil your requirement to remove the HyppTV service itself. Therefore, we are sorry to inform that unifi TV service could not be removed from your unifi 100Mbps plan as it came in one package.
You may refer to the Terms & Conditions as follow:-
Clause 6:
6.5. Subject to availability, TM may provide to Customer with 'Triple Play' activation consisting of Internet, Voice and Internet Protocol Television (IPTV) and related TM's Equipment together with value-added services which may be provided by TM together with the subscription of the Service. The Customer shall not be entitled to any rebate or reduction of the subscription fee for any part of the Unifi Service that is provided by TM at no charge to the Customer.

UNIFI LITE package ( previously called Streamyx from speed 1 Mbps to 10 Mbps ) , TM allows customer to remove UNIFI TV.
I am in the midst of dealing with TM too in removing Unifi TV which I need to pay RM30 per month as I don't watch it at all!
, Unifi TV is 12 months min subscription period, so after that we can terminate without any penalty. In this case they don't even let us terminate Unifi TV while still maintaining Unifi Broadband. So you should keep opening the case with TM and SKMM.
