Yes, like I mentioned earlier provided there are available ports. smile.gif
Sorry I'm not too sure how it works for new houses. I can only say based on my own experience that it's possible to have more than one account in one address. The technical part I will leave to the experts to advise you all.

Nevermind, still thanks. Since the most important part is more than one unifi a/c is possible for one house.

Actually i ask for the question because now new house with pre-build fibre optic box will having a normal line wire from their outside pole into a hole under the fibre optic box.
So normally new house, tm installer will directly tie the fibre optic with the pre-build from their pole, and then pull the cable from the hole into the house with the pre-build line wire. So it should be a big problem for second cable pull if they didn't pull the cable together when install unifi.
And now no more flying fiber optic cable to new house that had build-in the pre-set wire to bring in the cable.
*
yes new house already got fiber cable laid outside to inside. so tm tech just join at the FWS outside from pole.
2nd fiber also can come in, but like u said la.. 'flying' cable inside.. need drill wall for cable come in.. laugh.gif

Depending on when you do the YEP, you should still get pro-rated Oct bill. And Nov bill should be 0. I think Dec bill will be again pro-rated for first part of Jan payment because our bills are paying in advance. Look at your previous Sep bill and you can see from the details.

Can be done, but 2nd unifi account must be under different name (can be father & son or husband & wife or housemates)
But I think your new house is under what tm call it as smart partnership. Normally for this type of premise you need to install the free unifi first under different name than the existing, then proceed to relocate the existing. If you install the existing first, you will lose the free unifi version.

Also for this type of premise, the installer only do the connection inside your premise as fiber from DP to your house already pre-installed.
Depends on developer, usually developer only pre-installed 1 fiber from DP to your house. Then if you want to install 2nd unifi, then installer need to pull second fiber from DP to your house until inside your house. So, this may cause more than 1 appointment as tm already configure cheaper rate to the installer. They need to reconfigure normal rate, then installer will proceed to install the 2nd fiber

According to promo, after free bill untio end of year, next year will have to pay 199. Will those of us who currently have promo price also be paying 199 or will they have lower price?

Pre-installed fiber meh? i thought all new house only pre-install normal not usable wires to tie the fiber from the pole into the fiber box of the house.
I mean if first fiber done deployment already, and after days or months then one more fiber need to come in.

Seems like have to pay rm199 for 100mb/s. Better not to accept the new contract. Much more expensive at lower speed.

From the new terms of contract, you may need to pay rm199 for 100mb/s starting from next year. You’ll be losing rm40 permonth and speed too.

For what it's worth, here's my bill after YEP activation.

Applied for YEP online on Oct 1 but activation was delayed until Oct 17 and that was only after I went to TMPoint. Lost up to 16 days of free internet. Will be talking to TM about this.
- Email confirmation on Oct 1 with ref number
- made 2 live chat reports on Oct 8 and Oct 14
- no sms received after YEP activation

Other than that, everything looks to be in order. Internet is now RM349 from RM329 and Perpetual Discount has a corresponding increase of RM20 to balance that out.

Best is you contact CS and Sales dept a few times to ask about it. See what sorts of answers you get. Not sure which package you referring to. You can read previous Oct posts where there have been lots of comments and user feedback. And make your own decision.

Before you accept yhe new terms and conditions, you should read the terms anc conditions. I found out this by reading the terms and conditions (you have to click accepting 4 things before they allow you to waive the 3 months fees).
