Yes, but please clarify which package you are referring to and where its written about RM199 for 100M? Maybe there is different T&C for different packages? Please give a link or copy / paste the relevant section.

I am aware of the T&C and I have read it. There was nothing in there for my 100M. I do not have the redeem page anymore to double check. Hence I request you post the PDF or relevant section. Also, maybe its different for 500M or 800M package.

Kindly provide more info.

The checkboxes in itself does not show any such info. But one does say you accept the T&C and a link to the terms. Need to have a look at that document.

It will make no sense that you will be back to RM199 100M when actual 100M now is RM129. And new 300M is RM199. So either there is some misunderstanding or the T&C has been changed or its different for existing user packages.

Hi All, I having a issues that a few Japanese Game and website unable to login after 7pm Everyday.Is happen about 2 weeks already. Called TM/Unifi they say nothing happen at their site.Anyone have the way to fix it??

IPv6 has nothing to do with Reddit as Reddit is not an IPv6 enabled site.

As Reddit is using Fastly as their CDN provider, it probably some routing problem between TM and Fastly.

Its the one on the promo plan, for the 300mbps, https://unifi.com.my/campaign/paynothing#eligible-plans
They didnt have any 500 mbps plans hence my confusion on this matter.

Those are the plans offered to new users. There are no 500M and 800M plans at the moment. Your 500M plan is as an existing user. Existing users are eligible.

On that page you linked, scroll right down and read the FAQ. Take note of #19 especially. Be aware the new 2 year contract terms have changed for termination penalty, ie you have to pay remaining month fees if you terminate early. Its somewhere in the FAQ or T&C.

On the page you linked, scroll up a bit to the "Existing Customer" section and click the "Via Self-Care" button. Login into your Unifi account. You should see the "redeem" page. See what you have there. It should only show your current package.

Some 500M and 800M users have done the redeem as posted in this thread. You can read through the posts from 01 Oct onwards where all this has been discussed. You can also compare your 500M package price with others. Not sure what you are paying now. If its much higher than others, than you may want to see what you should do next, or you'll be stuck with higher price with the new contract.

You can also call CS and give them your account info and ask them exactly what will happen to your package and price in Jan 2020.

Kindly get all the necessary info before making your decision.
