You have posted this a couple of times already. No one seems to have commented on it. While I could be wrong, the image looks suspect to me based on the content.

So, let me ask you this so there is no doubt for other users here who may see your post. Please give an honest answer to show your personal integrity.

Is this an edited / doctored / photoshopped image?

Yes this is edited fake picture. Real one no one seems bother. Only fake one people comment.

I have no time to clean people's posts. It's there check yourself, learn how to edit posts. Don't need to post twice. Also learn how to multi-quote posts whenever required.

Lastly, refrain from spamming around and posting nonsense, your posts mainly contain both. Take this as a verbal warning before I issue you with a real warning.

I'm not sure why you say people only comment on fake ones and not real ones. Users have been posting real bills and commenting on them. At least in this months posts, I do not see any fake ones, except your bill.

Anyway, thank you for the honest answer. I suggest you don't post such fake info as it is misleading. Especially this time when many users are deciding what to do with YEP etc. There could be many silent readers here and they could be misinformed.

Having some fun is ok, but you did not indicate so about the posted image. Maybe others did not comment because they already knew it was fake. It also does not do much good for your own reputation.

Who knows someone may unknowingly take it seriously and go post it elsewhere and start ranting about such a bill.

Kindly help make this a better community of responsible users.

For what it's worth, here's my bill after YEP activation.

Applied for YEP online on Oct 1 but activation was delayed until Oct 17 and that was only after I went to TMPoint. Lost up to 16 days of free internet. Will be talking to TM about this.
- Email confirmation on Oct 1 with ref number
- made 2 live chat reports on Oct 8 and Oct 14
- no sms received after YEP activation

Other than that, everything looks to be in order. Internet is now RM349 from RM329 and Perpetual Discount has a corresponding increase of RM20 to balance that out.

RM159, Turbo 800, Ultimate, STD20.

Website cannot.
For my app, I'm already logged in before this but it shows something is wrong. So I can say the server is down.

Sorry one more question.
TM pull the 2 fiber optic connection together at the same time?
I thought the bring in wire had taken out,and cant bring in more cable. (I mean the developer had put a cable before, and TM use it to bring fibre optic came in already, second one should be problem for bring in)
Unless they use the current fiber optic and tie 2 more come in? hmm.gif

Let me explain a bit of my story.
It's an old house, I installed my account first and it was pulled into my room. Then few months later, my housemate applied hers and TM also pulled another cable to her room. As in how it works, I'm not sure but the staff surely pulled from the pole behind our house.

That mean your house connected with two ports (only possible when there are available port)
My case last time moved to another location where previous tenant who moved to another state already disconnected his unifi ac a week before he moved out, when I moved in the following week, cannot relocate my Unifi because no port was available. I was told by TM there is some sort of "cooling period" for certain duration before port which account was terminated is freed and made available.
After nearly a month with still no port, by chance got acquainted with my new neighbor who happens to be a "someone" at TM HQ, told the person my port issue and guess what?.. within two days got call from TM port is available

Actually i ask for the question because now new house with pre-build fibre optic box will having a normal line wire from their outside pole into a hole under the fibre optic box.
So normally new house, tm installer will directly tie the fibre optic with the pre-build from their pole, and then pull the cable from the hole into the house with the pre-build line wire. So it should be a big problem for second cable pull if they didn't pull the cable together when install unifi.
And now no more flying fiber optic cable to new house that had build-in the pre-set wire to bring in the cable.

For the sake of future readers:

I have edited my post #6093 to state that you posted a fake image.

While you have edited post #6091, please take some time to do the same for the others such as:

https://forum.lowyat.net/index.php?showtopi...post&p=94406844

https://forum.lowyat.net/index.php?showtopi...post&p=94408146

https://forum.lowyat.net/index.php?showtopi...post&p=94408567

https://forum.lowyat.net/index.php?showtopi...post&p=94409837

And any others you have posted.

Now that you have admitted you posted a fake image, looking back at your posts, it does not seem you were just having fun. IMO, there was an intention to mislead on purpose. I say this based on your post below:

Sorry I'm not too sure how it works for new houses. I can only say based on my own experience that it's possible to have more than one account in one address. The technical part I will leave to the experts to advise you all.
