ahh i see, sad case, but okay, thanks for suggestion.
Alright, will check on it.
Not sure tho, my whole building ppl using Maxis fibre and Unifi too. Previously i used was Streamyx, but i did saw them pulled a fibre cable into my house during installation.

Yup, now the hypptv only available to watch on mobile devices.

Did Unifi charge anything extra for pulling fibre cable. Which floor you are staying and how much you are paying for your Unifi.

Nope, i think it doesnt exceed the limited length. Sorry i cant fully disclose my floor, but I can its between 1st to 5th floor. But the guy connect the fibre to my building's generator-like room.

RM129 per month, 100mbps.

My auntie's apartment in Pangsaria also like that. They only had Streamyx until sometime last year. TM pulled individual fibre cable from the ground floor, up the main riser and direct to each unit. On each floor, you can see all the black fibre cables snaking along the corridors to the apartments. She's on the 5th floor, not sure high it goes.

SOP i think, for mine the generator-like room is located at every floor's middle part. I think its an "extension" from the main ports. Im not sure, i just learnt how they all do wiring and networking, really pro.

The 'generator-like room' is the IDF, or Intermediate Distribution Frame, compared to the MDF, or Main Distribution Frame, which is located somewhere in your building or around the vicinity of your building. See here for a video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f9bT_hmWfHA

If it is a line issue, Maxis will need to liaise with TM to fix the problem, so you might still need to wait.
*
it's not the line problem since my neighbour has a stable connection from maxis fibre.

and going to the main TMPoint worked. I went there and complained about the technical report and about how incompetent they are. they immediately escalated the issue and fixed it this evening.

Just spoke to customer service. Recently downgrade to 100mb plan but still using Innacom RG4332 router and Alcatel lucent I-240G-T modem, am I eligible for changing router?

After testing with wired connection, it came out to be 85mbps download and 50 mbps upload and the customer service told me that there is nothing wrong with my router and can support up to 300mbps. How to argue?

Same from around Butterworth, internet down. But when calling them there is an announcement saying that they are *upgrading* internet services in Penang and Perak and might affect certain users. So god knows why. bangwall.gif

Not sure if this is the best firmware for the Asus.

DLink DIR-615 I tested before with Turbo 500Mbps.
