My blood's boiling already. He keeps begging and I say no, I told him I got another passenger. Later got connected to his friend then he passed it to me. I asked where, his friend said kajang. I asked where in kajang, his friend just repeat kajang. Wah fucking stupid, you think kajang is small like your brain?  I already raised my voice at this moment. B2B passenger already push me, asked me where I am. I asked him one last time to get off my car politely. Then he keeps begging and I can't take it no more. I snapped, i yelled and i ask him to get the fuck off.

I pity him. At 1 point i want to help him but we can't have proper conversation and that frustated me. If he can give me a name of definite drop off point, i might consider side deal (cause he doesn't have grab apps and apparently his friend booked for him). Damn i really need few days off.

you can cancelled the B2B job, but first need confirm if that bangla got money or not first, if reach dropoff only got money no need layan, report Grab for compensation if got money, give him a ridiculous fare

RM20 per hour, minus car expenses earn RM10, cukur above minimum wages
is it him who make the booking? or his friend?

You should have just GTFO at all costs even if you are trapped in the vicinity. Lock the doors and drive away in case they appear like the ghost. Take the CR first as you can recover it faster than the dropping DR.

You were saying TBB is a scam, So I'm saying TBB is better than previously non-HG scheme. If you come from HG, then you feel like it's a scam, if not, then TBB is better.
But my advice is, to calculate earn per hour is useless as it is subject to many factors, you starting location, your drop off location, time, demand, weather, day, your luck, etc. Driving on peak hour / hour vs non peak / hour is big diffrence. Driving 1.5 hours a day for 5 days vs driving 7.5 hours continuously is big difference also. Example , people said Bangi is a bad place to start, last week I got RM63 gross + Rm18.20 TBB from 5-7pm in Bangi~Kajang.   

U must understand why crap launch TBB, is to transfer the risk partially to the driver side. When there is lack of demand in certain area and other factor, driver will feel the pain for sure.

If calculate per hour is useless factor, then pay u peanut salary with huge workload is justifiable? I'm driving 1.5 hrs and yet earning RM34. I can calculate in details for u. Last thursday also suffer the same thing like this because of cancellation issue.

6.20pm-7pm MP slot - RM0.60 x 40mins = RM24
7pm-7.50pm UP slot - RM0.55 x 50mins = RM27.50

Give them margin of error of about 5mins, i suppose to earn close to RM50 from this hours, compare to that RM34, isn't crap scam u RM15? Mind u all this are b2b job which i did not stop at all.

From your scenario:-
5pm UP slot - RM0.55 x 60 mins = RM33
6pm MP slot - RM0.60 x 60 mins = RM36

Total earning is RM69 which is close to the figure u get.

every driver sure kena situation like this , mp block and jam area ping come in pax or driver cancel , another ping come in very near from previous ping and go to the same direction example to kl the bonus will have huge different , I got 0 from the 1st one RM 12.8 for the 2nd how the fuxk grab calculate ? Till now I still really not understand how this stupid system work lo

if kena cancel then bad luck for u, u wasted the time driving there and waiting for next job. Every one or two week sure got one day suffer like this. U report also useless, they just don't freaking care about it.

Now the GS hardly can get matching, for this month all the grabshare job couldn't get match at all, from Bangsar to Selayang without single match, KL sentral to PJ Jaya One, KL sentral to Sentul. All no matching during peak hour, if continue like this how to survive for driver especially on AA, charity fare and little compensation from crap, worse still the reduce cashback from 25% to 15%.
