Anyone facing issue with grab app hang?mine seems to hang and when i drive away from that location....after 5 km then i pickup ping at the location i waited earlier zzzz

Could be your phone issue.
Grab app is too resource hungry.

Experienced similar hangup and lost connection issues three times this afternoon. The phone I use, is exclusively for grab driver app only.
My phone is only three weeks old. The app became laggy when it restarted. Shut down and rebooted after an hour later(after lunch) it kind of works okay.

Weird happening yesterday evening.

i picked up a rider at Suria KLCC Ampang entrance at ard 6;30pm, DOP at Majestic Hotel. when i accepted the AA order the chargeable fare was at RM21 + 26 (TBB). It took me almost 1 hour to reach at the drop off point, terribly jam. On the way back, i checked my earning statement and found out there was no TBB at all for the trip to Majestic Hotel!!!!!

Quickly i called to cs and they want me to write story about the incident via Help Center... some more asked me did i snap the picture, i said where the hell i got time to take picture... if i knew the system can be like sure i will go and snap it...

haha, that moment my mind was very clear, when i looked at the TBB was at RM26.00 then only i talked to myself it is worth to pick up the rider...if say 2.60.....'wasting gas'

the great system will not reflected immediately, logout then login and see your cash wallet. If don't have then throw red paint at grab office

Btw how to claim toll not charged? Grab no response until now.

Yesterday got a trip at 730pm to KLCC with fare of Rm27 but the return trip from there back to Chinatown only Rm13.

yesterday drove from 10am till 6pm. Total gross only RM47. I think time to hang key liao. Mostly time waiting in aircon, waiting ping wasting petrol....

If PU at condo. Ping at outside or guard house , then only rider send message ask to pu at lobby or at their block. What should we do. These kind of request seems like riders want to con us on the fair.

Sometimes the distance quite far and the delay caused by the security guards. Sometimes took us more than 5 mins

guys, how are u guys doing with grab now?
I guess, these past couple months ever since they defaults JustGRAB instead of grabcar, im really having a hard time reaching my kpi.

I can still reach it, but takes 3, 4 hours longer. its interupting with the time i set aside for myself. gym/study/prayer/recreation etc...

Look at the grab apps, if got selection of block, then wait at guardhouse, if no selection of block then go in.

Places like Ridzuan condo at sunway mentari doesn't allow to pick up at lobby, rider has to wait at guardhouse for pick up.

What is your KPI for daily collection? The slow down has been affecting all of us especially last 2 month.

I think demand has been lower (Lack of promo code and people has lesser money to spend) or driver has increase.
