I kena from grab teruk today.passenger left behind burger in the car ,end up i have to u turn back to send the burger.guess how long i waited for the passenger open house door. 40 min.called grab but no use,grab operator put me on hold so long. really played like a fool by grab and passenger today.if gojek come malaysia i will change to gojek d

Haiz...dunno wads with my luck lately.have to cancel other customer cos i pity this customer rushing to send the kid to clinic due to high fever.then found out the clinic close so i have to search nearby clinic for him....there goes my cancellation rating

Understand your frustration on this. We only count in the place of registration for the bonus payout. Even thou the driver has transferred back to other location, this are not considered.
Yes admit that it isn't stated in the incentive table that driver needs to be in same location. However,this message have been cascaded to newly registering driver's,thru many communication platform.
