Yes I hope you charged that rider for turning back to her. It is the standard to charge according to the current rate if passenger forgot something by going there empty car. If you call CS, they will only call the rider to hurry up, if rider no pick up the phone both of you will be on hold.

Yes when you're new sure you wanna be nice to everyone, but after a while you will know it is bullshit to be nice because there are too many riders will take advantage of you with the star system. Especially with wrong drop off location or extra passenger (more than 4), if you ask even for RM1 extra from what you deserve, can almost confirm your rating gonna drop. These are the bullshit grab staff wouldn't understand and didn't go through.

It will be different story if we can rate passenger too and see if they have hard time getting a driver. Riders are dominating drivers right now and there is no need to pay respect to drivers at all. If you wanna fuck a driver just pay as low as RM5 to get a ride and fuck someone up.

if u start at Klang, tough time. If u start at KL area, still ok.

I treat it as part time, still manage to get RM25-30 net per hour, but once i thrown into place like Serdang, Cheras Mahkota or Ampang Ukay Heights, i need to pray hard to get a job out. Those outskirt area just have too much drivers or lesser demand. Even places like Sunway Subang has so many drivers even without the HG scheme.

For those who think coming July will be a good time because of flushing out part timers, please think twice after looking at Singapore situation.

OK, Why don't you please list here things that is more lucrative than grab... No capitol needed (not even rm1K) other than the car you own to start this thing more lucrative than grab.

Finally , there goes to those rider/passenger who always like to book ride when in toilet,in lift, changing clothes all nonsense.

This happened to me once back in Dec 2017 IIRC.

I went to pick up a rider somewhere in Cyberjaya. It was a RM5 trip. When I arrived at the pick up spot, she told me to unwind my window, gave me RM5 and then she straight away went into her friend's car and they were gone in a jiffy.

I was very confused at that time, so I waited for 15 minutes before I clicked Drop Off and I straight away made a remark to the CS stating that the rider didn't ride with me but she did however pay for the untaken trip. After a few days, the cs replied by saying he/she was sorry that the rider didn't take a ride with me and they will resolve this issue with the rider. It was at that point I was very convinced that Grab's staffs only know how to copy and paste answers.

You could backup your phone and then factory reset. It's a hassle but it's better than waiting for crap to solve it. I think someone has posted that CS solution is to buy a new phone, like wtf??
