Even with DASH ready, I don't think subsale price will improves in the next 5 years for E.valley and E.gardens bcos SDP continue build more new houses. Of course, DASH with benefits to both E.valley and E.gardens residents. Usually, It took me about 5 mins travel from E.Gardens TEMU roundabout to Fella Design along Jln Sg buloh, therefore I think less than 10 mins can reached at DASH Kampong melayu Subang exit.

But I think DASH no exit at kampung melayu subang, exit only at subang 2.
From subang 2 to Elmina Garden very far.

You means there is no exit/entrance at Kampong Melayu Subang interchange then where is the DASH Denai Alam interchange exit/entrance? Inside Denai Alam?

to be precise

1) entrance to DASH KL direction is kampung melayu subang
2) entrance to DASH Puncak Alam direction is GCE

3) exit from DASH KL direction, original is subang 2, but some one said it's revise to petronas
4) exit from puncak alam direction is GCE

Entrance at kampong melayu subang is still good for Denai Alam, E.gardens & E.Valley residents.

Do hope from KL direction exit available at north bound of GCE. however at Petronas around kampong melayu subang also not too bad.

Hi, Based on my site observation the exit at subang 2 not revise to petronas.
Petronas only has entrance to KL and entrance to Puncak alam.
I hope so there have exit at petronas. haha..

went to Elmina last Sunday to see the progress of EV5, but didn't see any pillar/structure yet. To existing residence, how was your experience during under-construction process? I mean is SD deliver the house on time? I'm just afraid that they can't complete the EV5 in a year time (expected to be completed in early 2021).

don't worry. they will complete it on time to avoid late delivery penalty.

I heard that there will be noise issue if they use sand bricks for the wall between houses.

Im one of the Owner of the upcoming EV5B, actually i received a letter from SDP that the 10% completion is done (Foundation).
Based on what i was told, they are 1 month early that the projected / estimated completion on Apr 2021.
